Early Intervention Services
The Infant Development Program has experienced therapists who are trained to work with young children on walking, talking, and using their hands (gross motor, speech-language, and fine motor skills). We have specialized skills in a variety of areas, such as sensory integration, oral motor and feeding difficulties, neuro-developmental therapy (NDT), and augmentative communication. Technology such as communication devices, computers, and mobility devices can be accessed as needed. We involve the family in all aspects of therapy to enhance the effectiveness of the child's individualized therapy program. Therapy sessions may be several times a week to once a month depending on need.
Physical Therapy can help children who ... are weak or fatigue easily. Occupational Therapy can help children who ... are not using both hands equally. Speech Therapy can help children who ... have a lot of choking or gagging when nursing or eating. Why contact the Infant Development Program? if your baby is having trouble gaining weight and/or eating, For further information about Early Intervention Services, Please Contact Us! |
