Who We Serve: Easter Seals Capper Foundation provides services to children, teenagers and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Services include, Early Intervention, Pediatric Therapies, Recreation, Professional & Family Training, Parent Support, Equipment Loan, Case Management, Residential & Day Services, Supported Employment, Wellness Monitoring and In-Home Supports. Founded by Senator Arthur Capper in 1920, Easter Seals Capper Foundation is a tax-exempt corporation under the provision of the 501(c)(3) Internal Revenue Code. Over 70 percent of Capper's budget is supported by voluntary charitable contributions.
